Biography:
I have been involved in the Small Bowel Disorders program at University of Michigan since my hire in July 2014, specifically interpreting video capsule endoscopy and performing ablation of small bowel telangiectasias via single and double balloon enteroscopy. We also employ octreotide intramuscular injections for refractory cases and will be partnering with our colleagues in ENT and Hemayology to advance research for other medical therapies for patients with small intestinal bleeding and epistaxis refractory to current treatment methods.
