Biography: 
As a member of the Vascular Birthmark Institute of New York, I treat all manner of congenital and acquired vascular lesions. Specifically, my background in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, has allowed me to treat epistaxis which is often the primary presenting symptom of HHT. I have extensive experience in laser and sclerotherapy in the nasal cavity, oral cavity, skin. Our multidisciplinary team comprised of colleagues from IR, GI, neuroradiology, neurointerventional radiology, radiology, pulmonary, heme/onc, genetics, basic science research, head and neck surgery, and pediatrics also treats other body sites. We have extensive experience treating hereditary and nonhereditary arteriovenous malformations. New medical therapies are also being tested and studied in our labs and center.
