I manage pulmonary hypertension that can complicate HHT, including directing the workup, arranging for cardiac catheterization if needed for diagnosis and/or treatment, and institution of medical therapies for pulmonary hypertension associated with HHT. I take care of all patients in the pediatric age group, and our program arranges transition to adult care for this condition when and if needed.
