Biography:
I started my Interventional Neuroradiology Fellowship in 1987. As the treatments of Brain, Face and Spine AVM/AVF and Epistaxis are an inherent part of that practice, I came in contact with many patients with HHT. Since that time, I have continued to be involved in the treatment of all vascular malformations, including many HHT patients with Brain AVM/AVF, Spine AVF/AVM, Lung AVF, Stroke and Epistaxis. In addition to these lesions/conditions, I also treat aneurysms, stroke, slow flow vascular malformations and venous based disorders. I am currently Professor and Director of the Division of Interventional Neuroradiology and Co-Director of the UCLA HHT Center of Excellence.
