Scott Trerotola, M.D.

Dr Trerotola developed an interest in HHT during his residency at Johns Hopkins. After leaving Johns Hopkins to direct the Interventional Radiology division at Indiana University, he developed an active HHT practice in Indianapolis, caring for a large number of HHT patients with PAVMs from a four-state area. In 2001 he moved to Philadelphia to direct the IR division there, and shortly thereafter Penn became an HHT Center of Excellence. Dr Trerotola now co-directs the Center with Dr Reed Pyeritz.

Areas of Interest include: Peripheral vascular disease, Venous diseases including varicose veins, venous insufficiency, deep vein thrombosis, IVC thrombosis, thrombectomy, pelvic congestion syndrome, and May-Thurner syndrome, Vascular malformation, Cancer (chemoembolization, biopsy, radioembolization, bland embolization, percutaneous ablation), Uterine artery embolization for treatment of fibroids, Bariatric embolization, Prostate embolization Research: Bioengineering, medical devices, 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering

Miles Conrad, MD, MPH

Dr. Conrad is Co-Director of the UCSF Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia Center of Excellence. He specializes in overall/general management of HHT and the treatment of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations.
